It seemed to either be 14V, 10.9V at the middle fan setting, or 0v when off. 10.9V was fairly consistent from low speed up to near full speed - obviously, for each graduation on the fan control, the speed varies accordingly, so I'm not sure if i should be getting other readings than 10.9V.
